Lay plastic wrap over the mold, covering the entire mold. Fill one section with meat to the edges of the mold.


Lay the metal skewer on top of the meat. Press the skewer down, causing the meat to be pushed up on either side of the skewer.


Cover the skewer by pinching the two sides of the extra meat together. Tap the meat until it evenly covers the skewer.


Use one hand to hold the skewer and with the other hand pull the plastic wrap out of the mold until the meat is released from the plastic wrap.


Use the stackable bars to build racks. Simply place the stackable bars at the two ends of the Kabob Maker’s case and press down. To add more racks, simply place more stackable bars on top of one another!
